"Cooking is memory
made visible."
Our Story
From Saigon Streets
to Fine Dining
Chef Tran grew up in the bustling markets of Ho Chi Minh City, where flavour was everything and nothing was wasted. After training in Lyon and stages at three Michelin-starred kitchens across Asia, he returned to his roots — not to replicate tradition, but to elevate it.
At Tran's Kitchen, every dish tells a story: the phở broth that simmers for two days the way his grandmother taught him, now clarified into a crystal consommé. The bánh mì he sold as a teenager, reimagined with duck liver pâté and brioche. This is Vietnamese cuisine through the lens of modern craft — familiar flavours, extraordinary execution.
"I want every guest to taste my childhood and be surprised by the future." — Chef Tran
